The Student Employment Authorization Form is for direct hire student employees that are paid through awarded departmental budgets. This form is not for student work study positions, work study employment is completed through Financial Aid (FAFSA).

Student Employment Authorization Form is to be completed for EACH selected student worker. Once the form is filled out, turn into Human Resources for processing.

Approval for budgeted amounts must be completed by Finance prior to completing this process.
